An EPS pool typically takes 4–6 weeks from excavation to first swim. Concrete builds take 10–14 weeks. The timeline depends on site access, soil conditions, and your specific design. We'll give you a firm schedule before a spade touches the ground — and we keep to it.
Can you build a pool on a sloping or constrained plot?
Yes. Some of our most impressive pools are on challenging ground — sloped gardens in the Chilterns, restricted access in village settings, or sites with mature tree roots to work around. Where others see difficulties, we see design opportunities. We'll give you an honest view of what's achievable at consultation stage.
Do you install indoor pools in Buckinghamshire?
Yes. Buckinghamshire's large private properties lend themselves particularly well to indoor or covered pool installations — in purpose-built pool buildings, garden rooms, or existing outbuildings. We'll help you think through what makes most practical and aesthetic sense for your property.
